As mothers of young men with disabilities, Sylvana Mahmic, CEO of Plumtree, and Dr. Annick Janson, founder of Fast Track Inclusion Trust, co-created Now & Next in 2015. Their mission was to offer families hope and provide them with practical tools to support their children’s growth and success.
